The original tube-in-tube microreactor achieves rapid gas-liquid equilibrium, facilitating swift measurements of gas-liquid properties using an online flow method. The system's software control feature automatically logs and stores data on temperature, pressure, liquid flow rate, and gas flow rate during measurements. Different working modes, such as quasi-steady and unsteady modes, are available with built-in flow calculation models in the software. The quasi-steady mode can determine gas solubility and diffusion coefficients in liquids, while the non-steady mode is ideal for fast diffusion coefficient measurements in high-viscosity systems like ionic liquids.

  • Comprised of a high-precision gas flowmeter, a high-pressure syringe pump, a tube-in-tube microreactor, a back pressure valve (BPV), and system management software.

  • Using a dual continuous high-pressure syringe pump allows for a steady supply of liquid, especially for viscous solutions.

  • The membrane structure contains special materials that facilitate gas-liquid equilibration within 10 to 30 seconds, utilizing flow chemistry to swiftly determine gas-liquid properties.

  • The working mode is categorized into quasi-steady and unsteady modes. The integrated flow chemistry calculation model can rapidly determine gas solubility in liquid, diffusion coefficient, and reaction kinetics.
