Job Description:

1. Pre-sales technical communication (product presentation, technical communication) and project follow-up;

2. Development of customer technical solutions;

3. Pre-sales evaluation (implementation of customer experience experiments on the experimental platform);

4. Customer maintenance and visits;

5. Customer professional technical training;

6. Product after-sales installation, commissioning and maintenance work.

Job Quantifications:

1. Master degree or above, major in chemistry, chemical engineering, medicinal chemistry and other related majors;

2. 3 years or more of experience in synthesis research (experience in continuous synthesis is preferred) or experience in chemical technical support, solid professional knowledge, and interest in micro-reaction continuous flow technology;

3. Overseas experience; English can be used as a working language;

4. Proficient in using ChemDraw chemical structure drawing software and common office software;

5. Familiar with common laboratory instruments, experience in installation and commissioning of laboratory equipment, liquid chromatography, gas chromatography, ion chromatography, packed bed devices and other products is preferred;

6. Have good communication skills and teamwork awareness, and can adapt to overseas business trips;

7. Be positive and enthusiastic about work, quick thinking, good at summarizing, active feedback, and have good work reporting habits.
