Under the background of increasingly stringent safety and environmental protection requirements, microchemical continuous synthesis technology draws more and more attention.The mixing performance, interphase mass transfer characteristics and reaction behavior in the microreactor are the basis for the advantages of continuous microchemical synthesis. Due to the scale effect in the microreactor, its mixing ability, interphase mass transfer, and reaction behavior are vastly different from conventional stirred tank reactors.This instrument is designed according to continuous microreaction synthesis technology. Students are encouraged to understand the microscale effects in the microreactor through experimental characterization, and to understand the actual continuous microreaction synthesis process through simulation experiments, master the continuous microreactor synthesis operation, and deepen the understanding of this technology.
