Automatic Replacement Column Tube Catalyst Evaluation Device

The newly upgraded catalyst evaluation device by Ou Shisheng adopts an open structure and modular combination design. It has added the function of automatically replacing the column tubes, effectively overcoming the problem of time-consuming and labor-intensive manual column tube replacement in traditional methods. Through the collaborative operation of self-developed intelligent software and automated equipment, only the reaction conditions and sequences need to be pre-set, and all condition parameters can be automatically executed. The experimental results can be automatically recorded in sequence, achieving catalyst screening and evaluation under unattended conditions. The entire reaction process has a visualization function and supports remote operation through applications. The experimental data is synchronously transmitted to the cloud and can be consulted in real time.
