This platform is a high-throughput, high-precision micro reactor device with 32 slot, designed for various catalytic and synthesis reactions. It enables parallel experimentation and precise control across multiple reaction systems. The platform features 8 independently controlled temperature zones (ranging from ambient to 500°C, with a temperature control accuracy of ±1°C). Each zone can accommodate 4 reaction tubes, providing a total capacity of 32 tubes for high-throughput parallel experiments. The device has a maximum pressure rating of 5 MPa, making it suitable for various high-pressure reactions. Different atmospheres can be introduced into the reactors. An adjustable magnetic stirring function is integrated to ensure reaction uniformity and experimental accuracy. Automatic sealing and reaction control are achieved under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions. With robotic arm automation for sample transfer, the entire process operates unattended, significantly reducing repetitive manual operations and improving R&D efficiency.
