Automatic Ozone Reaction Platform
O-Flow-S10 is an automatic ozone reaction device, consisting of raw material pump, reducing agent pump, gas-liquidmicromixer, micropacked bed reactor, inline ozone detector and ozone software control system. Through the system-related closed-loop control, the automatic ozone reaction is achieved. The device is developed according to microreaction technology and has a higher reliability.
Feature
The high-efficient micromixer technology enables the ozone reaction to be completed under a low pressure condition (0.1 MPa) and ensures the absolute safety of the reaction.
Dual built-in ozone detectors can detect the ozone concentration at the inlet and outlet in real time, and automatically adjust the amount of reducing agent addition based on the ozone concentration at the outlet.
The completely automatic closed-loop control system combines active safety with passive safety procedures to further ensure the safety of equipment during operation.
