In flow chemistry, the feeding module acts as the power source for the entire flow system, playing a crucial role in ensuring the accurate completion of flow chemistry processes. Features


  • To accommodate different raw materials with various properties, materials such as 316L, C276, and PTFE are available.

  • The system offers a flow range of 0.001 to 1000 mL/min to provide optimal delivery.

  • It features an open control platform with multiple communication ports, including RS485 and RS232, allowing for greater flexibility.

  • Users can easily switch between two working modes: constant current mode or constant pressure mode.


Cold-Pressed Plunger

Our self-developed cold-pressed plunger rod assembly process utilizes an imported Swiss plunger rod, achieving international standards with coaxiality of less than 0.01 mm. This innovation fills the gap in domestic cold-press assembled plunger rods and ensures the long-term stable operation of the  pump.

Double Ball valve

The double ball  valve
is designed with enhanced anti-interference capabilities, effectively preventing impurities or air bubbles from affecting liquid feeding by the infusion pump.


Multifunction Software Control

The constant pressure feeding mode allows the control software to optimize pump performance. By using this software, the pump can operate in either constant flow mode or constant pressure mode, with the ability to switch between them based on application needs. Additionally, the gradient feeding mode can be tailored to meet specific application requirements, enabling operation at various flow rates at different time points, making it ideal for flow chemistry process development.
