MO-FLOW-S Microreactor Synthesis Platform is a universal flow chemistry synthesis platform developed by OSSKJ in response to practical application demands.
The system can be equipped with multiple modular units including feeding unit, multi-channel temperature acquisition unit, multi-channel pressure acquisition unit, electronically controlled microreactor workstation, online pressure control unit, online sample collection unit and online detection module. All modules can be rapidly swapped according to application requirements, making the platform ideal for the development and verification of diverse process conditions in R&D and manufacturing.
It is equipped with a dedicated software workstation that delivers a full suite of functions: experimental scheme design, real-time data tracking, collection and recording, visual recording of reaction processes, instant analysis of test results, and export of reports in multiple formats. The powerful software maximizes the full performance of the microreactor synthesis platform.

  • Digitally plug-and-play microchannel reactors enable rapid reactor replacement, allowing multi-type flow chemistry process development on a single platform.

  • Compatible with a wide range of microchannel reactors to support homogeneous, heterogeneous, gas-liquid, photochemical and other reaction systems. 

  • Each reactor is embedded with a memory chip to read original reactor parameter data. Full-process reaction data logging supports traceability of process parameters and reproducibility of synthesis conditions for process development.

  • Optional online FTIR or UV detectors deliver real-time reaction monitoring, guaranteeing rapid optimization of process routes.
  • Optional online autosampler conducts timed sampling of reaction products, eliminating the hassle of manual sampling.
