EMC-2 dual-channel automatic catalyst evaluation device is designed for catalyst development and screening, significantly reducing time and labor. With microreaction technology at its core and fully automated process control, it ensures optimal reaction efficiency. This compact system features innovative control technology and offers a range of configurations and options for catalyst screening. By using an interactive software control system to conduct a series of experiments, it delivers high-precision results with excellent reproducibility in real time.
The whole process is automatically controlled and no human intervention is required during the operation. 
Combined with inline gas chromatography to perform inline sample measurement. 
The system can be monitored and controlled remotely via a mobile phone (Android), eliminating the need for on-site staff.

Combining active safety and passive safety to ensure the safety of equipment operation process. 
Features a finely tuned subdivision drive with pressure control accuracy of less than 0.1 MPa. Utilizes non-linear fitting technology for accurate positioning of preset pressure levels. 
Includes an optional automatic pressure reducing valve and automatic back pressure valve that work in tandem to manage the entire process of adjusting the reaction system's pressure. 
One-key operation can easily set reaction conditions and start the process with a single button press, streamlining system initialization. 
Intelligent management software can integrate with inline chromatography to automatically manage reaction conditions and sample content, providing analytical conclusions efficiently.
