EMC-16 16-Channel Catalyst Evalutaion Device (Gas-Solid Reaction)
EMC-16 16-Channel Automatic Catalyst Evaluation Device
A productive assistant for high-throughput, efficient and intelligent catalyst development, screening and evaluation
EMC-16 is a 16-channel automatic catalyst evaluation device designed for catalyst research and development as well as screening stages. It significantly reduces the time, labor, and materials required for these processes. This device utilizes microreaction technology to automatically manage the entire process, ensuring optimal gas-liquid-solid reaction efficiency.
Its fully automated and compact system incorporates innovative control technology, offering various configurations and options for catalyst testing. The interchangeable software system allows for seamless integration of equipment control, evaluation, and detection strategies.
With a modular and highly integrated design, the EMC-16 can operate continuously for 24 hours without interruption. The system includes modules for liquid feeding, gas control, reactor management, temperature control (both preheating and reactor), pressure control, sample collection, and communication control.
Using fast-filling micropacked bed technology allows for efficient gas-solid mass transfer. The small pipeline dead volume leads to short equilibrium times.
The working mode is flexible, enabling the evaluation of different catalysts under the same conditions, or testing the same catalyst under varying conditions.
The entire process operates under automatic control, requiring no staff intervention. It can be monitored and controlled remotely via a mobile phone, eliminating the need for on-site personnel.
We integrate both active and passive safety protocols to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
The device occupies a smaller footprint and is designed with modular components for easy maintenance, and it is coupled with inline GC-MS for real-time sample measurements.

More InfoThe Inline Fourier Mid-Infrared Spectrometer is a rapid, reliable, and commonly used detection tool. Upon interaction with infrared light and compounds, the different molecular bonds within the compounds vibrate and rotate accordingly. By analyzing the position, shape, and intensity of peaks in the infrared absorption spectrum, one can obtain the characteristic absorption spectrum of various compounds. This aids in identifying unidentified compounds and conducting quantitative analysis. When combined with an integrated ATR circulation collection system, it can detect the components of test samples in real-time, making it ideal for inline process measurement.
