Suitable for continuous inline monitoring of reduction and chromogenic reactions.
Inline UV-Vis Spectrometer
When the inline measurement module combines with process analysis technology, flow chemistry allows for quick analysis, optimization, and scale-up of chemical reactions. Real-time analysis monitors steady-state conditions, troubleshoots process issues, and discovers reactive intermediates. By analyzing inline measurement results, the feeding speed, temperature, and pressure of the reaction system can be optimized in real time for closed-loop control of the flow chemistry process.
The inline measurement system consists of a light source, monochromator, flow cell, receiver, electrical controller system, power supply, and other components.
High-sensitivity inline UV detector, featuring a classic Czerny-Turner monochromator and dual-beam detection technology, achieves ultra-low stray light levels. It is compatible with various optical path flow cells and is suitable for a wider range of concentration detection. The concentration detection limit is 50 to 100 times greater than that of traditional offline detection methods.
The inline measurement system consists of a light source, monochromator, flow cell, receiver, electrical controller system, power supply, and other components.
A low stray light monochromator enhances the system's dynamic UV detection range.
The inline control software comes with built-in chemometric methods to calculate real-time sample concentrations.
It can connect to other external devices through digital or analog communication ports.

The Inline Fourier Mid-Infrared Spectrometer is a rapid, reliable, and commonly used detection tool. Upon interaction with infrared light and compounds, the different molecular bonds within the compounds vibrate and rotate accordingly. By analyzing the position, shape, and intensity of peaks in the infrared absorption spectrum, one can obtain the characteristic absorption spectrum of various compounds. This aids in identifying unidentified compounds and conducting quantitative analysis. When combined with an integrated ATR circulation collection system, it can detect the components of test samples in real-time, making it ideal for inline process measurement.
