H-FLOW-50 Series
H-Flow-50 series is built on the patented microreaction hydrogenation technology of Tsinghua University, which mixes highly pure hydrogen with continuously flowing reactants in a micropacked column loaded with catalysts and reactants.
It can be connected directly to a hydrogen cylinder. You can also choose a high-pressure, high-purity hydrogen generator.
You have full control over the entire hydrogenation process to avoid differences from batch to batch.
By shortening the reaction time to within 3 minutes, the hydrogenation process is improved.
The reactor is small, and the device is inherently safe.
It can screen conditions, prepare products on scales of milligrams and grams, and evaluate catalyst life.
A sampling port allows real-time sample collection.
The high-throughput version allows for kilogram-scale product preparation.
The instrument is small enough to fit in a fume hood.
With a maximum reaction temperature of 200℃ and a system working pressure of 10 MPa, it is suitable for a wide range of hydrogenation applications.
When combined with inline UV-visible and Fourier mid-infrared spectrometers, real-time inline monitoring and analysis are possible.
An optional inline automatic sample collector can save the trouble of manual sampling by collecting hydrogenation products at regular intervals.
