Highly Efficient Assistant for Catalyst R&D, Screening and Evaluation
EMC-1 single-channel automatic catalyst evaluation device is designed for catalyst development and screening, significantly reducing time and labor. With microreaction technology at its core and fully automated process control, it ensures optimal reaction efficiency. This compact system features innovative control technology and offers a range of configurations and options for catalyst screening. By using an interactive software control system to conduct a series of experiments, it delivers high-precision results with excellent reproducibility in real time.
Can be monitored and controlled remotely using a mobile phone (Android), with no on-site staff needed
Fine-tuned subdivision drive with pressure control accuracy of less than 0.1 MPa; Non-linear fitting technology ensures accurate positioning of preset pressure
An automatic pressure reducing valve (optional) and an automatic back pressure valve work together to manage the entire process of adjusting the pressure in the reaction system
One-key operation mode allows to set the reaction conditions and press the start button to establish the system's reaction conditions
Intelligent management software integrates with inline chromatography, enabling automatic management of reaction conditions and sample content while providing analytical conclusions

The catalyst column can be easily inserted and secured without the need for tightening screw
The maximum pressure is 18 MPa (optional), and the maximum temperature is 800 ℃
A heated gas outlet is included to prevent condensation and sample precipitation, allowing for easy connection to inline gas chromatography
