Inline UV-Vis Spectrometer
When the inline measurement module combines with process analysis technology, flow chemistry allows for quick analysis, optimization, and scale-up of chemical reactions. Real-time analysis monitors steady-state conditions, troubleshoots process issues, and discovers reactive intermediates. By analyzing inline measurement results, the feeding speed, temperature, and pressure of the reaction system can be optimized in real time for closed-loop control of the flow chemistry process.
The inline measurement system consists of a light source, monochromator, flow cell, receiver, electrical controller system, power supply, and other components.
Inline UV-Vis spectrometer is suitable for continuous inline monitoring of reduction and chromogenic reactions.
A low stray light monochromator enhances the system's dynamic UV detection range.
The inline control software comes with built-in chemometric methods to calculate real-time sample concentrations.
It can connect to other external devices through digital or analog communication ports.
