This automated platform is developed specifically for high-throughput screening in liquid-liquid synthesis. It adopts bubble-interval reaction modules as the core hardware, featuring a segmented sequential delivery mode consisting of bubble separation, reaction solvent and cleaning solution.
Bubbles accurately isolate independent reaction systems to eliminate cross-contamination. Each reaction segment independently completes a closed-loop workflow: gas interval delivery → liquid-liquid reaction → solvent cleaning. The system can simultaneously screen 96 sets of liquid-liquid reactions under distinct conditions in one batch.
Tailored to the core requirements of microscale liquid-liquid reactions and multi-condition parallel screening, the equipment drastically improves screening efficiency and data reproducibility. It delivers stable and reliable technical support for rapid iteration of liquid-liquid synthesis processes and the establishment of formulation databases.
