This fully automated integrated workstation for synthesis and characterization serves fields including polymer materials, optoelectronic materials, and biomedical polymers. Developed by OU SHISHENG (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. for efficient materials research and development, it integrates multi-channel parallel reaction, precise liquid transfer, high-throughput separation & purification, and on-line detection functions.
It enables fully unattended operation across the entire workflow: formula screening, synthetic reaction, post-treatment and property characterization. The platform eliminates the pain points of conventional lab experiments such as trial-and-error based on experience, low single-line efficiency and poor repeatability.     Equipped with complete characterization tools including online GPC detection. It rapidly tests core indicators such as molecular weight and molecular structure, and efficiently establishes the correlation between formulations and material properties.

  • Microscale Screening & Verification
    Balances high-throughput R&D efficiency and process feasibility to pre-verify material performance, ideal for fields with frequent iteration demands such as optoelectronic materials.

  • Modular Integrated Design
